What Gagle is

Gagle is an entertainment app featuring AI characters. Every profile is generated and authored by us. The characters are not real people, are not conscious, and do not represent any real individual. Any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.

There is no user-to-user contact on Gagle. You cannot message another user, no other user can message you, and nobody else can see your profile or your conversations. Anything that looks like another person on Gagle is software.

By using Gagle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gagle, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in runs through it. Please give us accurate details, and keep them up to date. One person, one account.

Acceptable use

While using Gagle, please do not:

• Use it for anything illegal, or to produce content that is illegal where you are.
• Attempt to generate, solicit or share sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this and act on it, as set out in our child safety standards.
• Try to extract, copy, reverse engineer or resell the models, prompts or systems behind the app.
• Use bots, scrapers or automation against the service, or attempt to break, overload or bypass its limits.
• Upload a photo you do not have the right to use, or one that shows someone who has not agreed to it.
• Impersonate a real person, or present Gagle characters as real people to anybody else.

We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules. Where a breach is serious, such as anything involving a minor, we act immediately and without notice.

AI content

Conversations on Gagle are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected, and a character may say something that is simply wrong. Treat everything a character says as fiction.

Gagle is not advice. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological guidance, and it is not therapy or a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. A character on Gagle cannot help you with that, and is not built to.

Subscriptions and billing

Gagle is free to start. Paid plans unlock additional features, and the price, the features and the billing period are shown in the app before you buy.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your current period running to its end.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your card details.
• Refunds are handled under the store's policy. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase ourselves, though we will help you where we can.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.

For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Paid features give you access while your subscription is active. They are not property, they hold no cash value, and they cannot be transferred or sold.

Content and ownership

Gagle, including the app, the characters, their writing and their images, belongs to us. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us the permission we need to run the service with it: to store it, to show it back to you, and to send the relevant parts to AI providers so a character can reply. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anything we must keep by law.

Ending things

You can stop using Gagle whenever you like. You can pause your account, which hides it and keeps your conversations, or delete it, both from Profile, then Account. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel that separately through the App Store or Google Play, or it will keep renewing.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop offering the service, or any part of it, with reasonable notice where we can give it.

Disclaimers

Gagle is provided "as is" and "as available", for entertainment. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that a character will behave a particular way on a particular day. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Gagle, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the app when a change is significant. Continuing to use Gagle after an update means you accept the new terms.
