Child Safety Standards
Our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how we prevent, detect, report and act on it.
Gagle is an adults-only entertainment app. Every profile in the app is an AI character, not a real person, and users can only converse with those characters, never with other people. This page publishes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This applies to every surface of Gagle: user accounts, user messages, AI-generated conversations, AI-generated profiles and images, and any content uploaded to or produced by our systems.
An adults-only, AI-only service
- Gagle is restricted to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts, and we remove accounts we believe belong to minors.
- There is no user-to-user interaction: no human-to-human chat, media sharing, or discovery. Conversations happen only between a user and clearly labeled AI characters. All AI characters are depicted as adults.
Prevention and enforcement
- Our systems screen conversations. Content that references the sexualization of minors triggers an immediate stop: the AI does not engage, and the event is logged for review.
- AI output is screened before delivery so the service never produces sexual content involving minors.
- Accounts that attempt to create, request, or solicit CSAE content are terminated.
In-app reporting
Users can report any conversation or profile from inside the app (from a chat: the menu, then Report). Reports are reviewed by our team. Child-safety reports are prioritized ahead of all other queues.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the regions where Gagle operates and review these standards regularly. This page is publicly available and is not user-editable.
